IOPs meet three days a week providing wellness treatment for adults experiencing these symptoms:

- Anxiety and stress
- Memory loss
- Medication misuse
- Hallucinations/delusions
- Separation and grief
- Suicidal gestures or attempts
- Paranoia
- Risk taking behavior
- Alcohol and drug abuse
