Performance Evaluations combined with other on-going discussions can help an employee identify successes and opportunities. Performance evaluations are done annually.

Pay increases are based on performance and attitude, not length of service. Employees should expect and receive honesty, fairness and objectivity, and should be an active participant in creating a plan for success.
