Patients' Choice Medical Center of Erin, TN is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital in Erin, TN, Erin is located an hour and a half north of Nashville and 30 minutes southwest of Clarksville. It opened on June 19, 1969, as a primary care hospital, a role that it continues to play for its primary service area of Houston and Stewart County.

In November 2008, the hospital was purchased by Rural Healthcare Developers and was renamed Patients' Choice Medical Center of Erin, TN.

PCMC-Erin has long been widely respected in the local area and surrounding medical community for the quality of services provided to patients and the community. While more commonly known for delivery of inpatient services, PCMC-Erin offers a wide range of outpatient services that include a sleep lab, CT, ultrasound, surgical, respiratory and physical therapy.

In order to provide services for a strong demographic of senior population, an inpatient Senior Care unit was opened in in 2010 in a wing of the hospital.

The Emergency Room has established a reputation for providing state of the art emergency care that includes options for dental patients. Through a network of local providers, non-acute patients are often triaged to the most appropriate setting for care.

Above all, PCMC-Erin is known for the "caring" given by staff to patients and families. The most common feedback received from people working with PCMC-Erin is how kind and compassionate the staff cares for others. The average staff tenure of 15 years is but one indication of their commitment and stability.

The hospital is a Joint Commission accredited hospital and has also received the Thompson Top 100 Hospital Award in 1997, 2002 and 2005.
